- 熱鑊下油爆香薑茸,落素免治肉碎以中大火快炒至五成,加入1湯匙辣豆瓣醬拌炒;
- 加椰菜粒、紅蘿蔔絲炒勻,並倒入後下調味料拌煮至滾;
- 放入粉絲,先小火後轉大火煮至芡汁完全收乾九成,最後加紅椒粒、青椒粒炒勻,熄火倒入2茶匙麻油便可上碟。
